Refund Eligibility
At Advancewavepanel, we believe in the quality of our video editing education programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund becomes necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational services.
Refunds are available within the first 14 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course material. This policy ensures that students have adequate time to evaluate our programs while preventing abuse of our refund system.
To be eligible for a refund, students must not have downloaded more than three video lessons or accessed premium project files. We track course progress automatically through our learning management system to ensure fair application of this policy.

Account Review
Our team will review your account activity within 2-3 business days to verify eligibility based on our policy criteria and course completion status.
Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
Confirmation
You'll receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated, including a reference number for tracking purposes with your financial institution.

Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional situations may warrant special consideration beyond our standard policy timeframes. Medical emergencies, military deployment, or other significant life events may qualify for extended refund consideration.
For these cases, please provide appropriate documentation with your refund request. Our management team reviews each situation individually and may approve refunds outside the standard 14-day window at their discretion.
Group enrollments and corporate training packages follow separate refund procedures. Please contact our business development team directly for information about bulk enrollment refund policies and procedures.
Students who experience technical difficulties accessing course materials due to platform issues may receive account credits or extensions rather than monetary refunds, depending on the situation's severity and duration.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products are non-refundable under all circumstances. These include personalized mentoring sessions that have already been conducted, custom project feedback that has been delivered, and downloadable resources that have been accessed.
Certification fees, once processing has begun, are also non-refundable. This includes situations where students have submitted final projects for evaluation or have scheduled certification assessment appointments.
Premium software licenses included with certain course packages cannot be refunded separately from the main course fee, as these represent third-party commitments made on behalf of enrolled students.
